I’m sure we’ve all felt that way at least once in our lives. So okay, lets get onto today’s post, you folks have waited long enough (slight delay from the usual time I post this, so lets get to it!)
Doobybrain.com has this photo and an article about this gameboy and generally about how Game Boys are highly durable and robust pieces of machinery, like this one in particular, which has survived the Gulf War of the 90’s. This thing still works, and is now sitting in the Nintendo World Store, New York.
Infamous emulator and iPhone app developers Manomio.com, who released the Commodore 64 App which reviewed a little while back, demonstrate the Amiga 500 app in this exclusive video below:
The video demonstrates both International Karate + and Turrican running nicely on an iPhone 3GS. Whether it will be playable for anything lower-spec than a 3GS or iPod Touch 3nd gen will be questionable. Either way I’ll be looking forward to this release no doubt! Especially for Turrican and Lotus Turbo Challenge 2!
Speaking of iPhone games, Cobra Command is currently FREE on the App Store (at the time of writing this post) so grab it ASAP! Take note that it is 360MB.
I completely forgot that today is 420! I said a while back on the Facebook fan page, that if we get 420 fans on exactly the 20th of April (today), then I’d do a special article about drug references in video games. It’s gone close to 440 so instead here’s an article from IGN talking about 30 years of nudity in video games.
Finally Instructables.com have a great How-To guide for making your own Pac-Man pouf footrest. Have a great rest of the day/evening!
