Retrospekt's Video Game Haiku is back again next week. Here's a look back at some of our previous retro game haikus, as well as some good/bad game ads :) Feel free to send in your suggestions for future Haikus via the contact form in the post!
Greetings and salutations, episode nine is here! Mike's always wished that Space Jam had some werewolves in it so this week he takes a look at Basketball Nightmare, delves into the product placement of McDonald's Treasure Land Adventure and Jackie's some Chan in Jackie Chan: Fists of Fire.
Eighter's gonna eight as we hit the eighth episode of Retrospekt Video Game Haiku season 2. This time Mike channels his inner Bon Jovi for Wild Guns, spins some webs in Maximum Carnage and IS THE LAWWWWW for Judge Dredd.
Welcome to another week of haiku funkiness! Watch as Mike tests his poetry skill with an F-Zero game as well as a different kind of Sonic the Hedgehog title and crawls through some dungeons in the classic Moria.
Something different to start week six of the Retrospekt Video Game Haiku show, Mike shows the world one of the oldest games he owns. The gameplay may be lacking but the graphics look incredible. We then move on to the putrid fighter Tattoo Assassins, make our main screens turn on for Zero Wing and remember the traumas of the Wonder Boy theme.
Episode five is here, and what better way to start than Mike talking about everyone's favourite game...Superman 64. He then vents his Goldeneye frustrations and revisits an emotional subject; Mega Man 64.
Mike's video software started rendering audio around 100 times clearer this week so to celebrate he asks the age old question 'What is a man?' in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, shoots some lasers in the aMAZEing Wizard of Wor and shows his love for the all time classic Bubsy 3D.
