I’ve never played Final Fantasy 4. There, I said it. I probably should have back in the day as I did own a SNES. And you know it does come with Final Fantasy Chronicles on the Playstation, and Chrono Trigger which contains anime cutscenes…I think we all know where this is heading! :D
And now, just check out this amazing bead art a girl is making of Golbez- one of the main villains from Final Fantasy 4. It’s not quite finished yet, but I’m sure the final piece will look superb!
Blaster Master: Enemy Below will be released on the 3DS eShop this week. It’s a cute platform game on the Game Boy Colour which has been spawned from an untimely classic on the NES.

If you haven’t already read an issue of Retro Gamer magazine, then I suggest you do so! Select Newsagents (which deal with imported magazines) stock it around town. Alternatively, if you have an iOS device with 5.0 software on it, you can use the NewsStand app and grab it from there. Best of all, when you download Retro Gamer, you’ll have access to every issue ever published! Free download for iOS!
And finally, last night I put up a Facebook event for a new night that Evil Dan and I, together with the new and awesome “Two Ships” bar, are presenting. This monthly classic gaming night simply called “JoyPad”, will start on the 14th January, 2012 and will be an 18+ event as well!
More information TBA. Two Ships is located downstairs from The Jade Monkey (which is located on Twin Street, Adelaide).
